We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, introducing innovative healthcare technology to potential clients, and contributing to the growth pf our business in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, building strong client relationships, and creating business opportunities in a fast-paced and meaningful industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong understanding of InBody products, technology, and applications
• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers and business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, seminars, or promotional activities as needed
• Continuously research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with preferred major in Nutrition, Sports Science, Biology, Management, Communications / Public Relations and Marketing.
• Max 30 years old
• Max 2-year experience (in sales, business development, or account management preferred)
• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Fitness, Sports, Aesthetic, Nutrition, or Dietitian-related industries is a strong advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, confident, and target-oriented
• Comfortable with both field sales activities and digital communication with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Strong interest in healthcare, wellness, technology, and customer engagement
