Job description for Sales Quality Assurance Specialist at Refocus
Refocus Limited is a global online platform that provides education in Digital Marketing. We are currently working in Indonesia and the Philippines and planning to launch in Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand by the end of the year. We are going to educate more than 5 000 000 people in the next 10 years.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quality Control Managers to assess and improve the service in the Sales Department (Indonesia).We are Facebook official Business Partner and a member of IT and BP Association Talent Club.
Job description:
- Listen to and evaluate calls (about 10-20 calls per day)
- Daily reports
- Work with CRM
- Achieve monthly KPI
Requirements:
- English B2 and above
- Bahasa proficiency
- Experience in B2C sales, telemarketing and services is a plus
- Strong soft skills, communication and negotiation skills
- CRM knowledge
- Google docs, Google spreadsheets
Working conditions:
- Salary starting from 6 000 000 IDR + bonus (potential earning up to 10 000 000 IDR NET per month)
- Payment once a month
- Workdays are on Mondays to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as needed
