Job description for Sales Marketing at President University

Job Summary:

President Development Center is seeking a driven and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the growth of our training and educational programs. This role is responsible for actively acquiring new clients (B2B) while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and capable of representing our institution professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients (B2B) for training and educational programs
  • Promote and sell training services, certification programs, and other educational offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as the main point of contact (PIC)
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable training or development solutions
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential clients
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or Account Executive roles in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience in client acquisition (hunting) and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
  • Willing to be based at President University Campus, Cikarang

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling training, education programs, or services is an advantage

Existing network in corporate or institutional clients is a plus
