Sales Marketing Manager

Maint Duties:

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our sales, enhance brand awareness, and develop marketing campaigns that lead to measurable results.

Marketing:

• Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target customer, and competitors.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.
• Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.

Sales:

• Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound efforts (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
• Develop proposals, presentation and pitch services, and close deals with new clients.
• Manage sales pipeline and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are met.
• Client & Team Collaboration:
• Build long-term client relationships and manage client onboarding.
• Collaborate with creative and account management teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and provide leadership to the sales/marketing team.

Job Requirement:

• More than 03 years of B2B marketing and sales experience in digital marketing agency
• Proven track record of lead generation
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with account-based marketing
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is plus
• English: Strong intermediate level.
