Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales team by create a great business plan
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track sales goals and report sales performance.
- Improve team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge
- Create and maintain a good relationship with our big suppliers and customers
- Understand our customer needs and how they relate to our products.
- Responsible of Customer Forecast
- Create good relationship with existing and prospective customer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree in business or related field.
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager with 3 years experience in Coating Industry
- Strong negotiation skills and lead a great team
- Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written skills
- Able to drive and have SIM A
