Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Business or Sales & Marketing field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Finance industry
Experience in a similar position as a sales agent will be an advantage;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English.
Have excellent organizational and administrative skills (including attention to detail)
Well-organized and goal-oriented.
A proactive approach to life, teamwork skills;
Track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to provide a comfortable workplace that will fit the following requirements: excellent internet connection, windows with a minimum of 8Gb RAM memory, or Apple Mac not older than the 2015 year + high-quality headphones with the clear microphone sound.(Only during COVID restrictions, once they are over the work from office to be carried out)
Responsible for:
Working with hot base of clients who registered on our website;
Ensure that all Leads are contacted and best efforts are made to convert these Leads into Active Clients.
Consulting and selling company’s products and services to new and existing clients
Be able to respond and resolve customer issues out of working hours;
Reaching and exceeding sales performance and activity targets
Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Company's products/services.
Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customer’s potential.
Discuss with customers, heeding to customer’s needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers.
Working with a CRM system.
Reaching and exceeding performance and activity targets
Other client’s portfolio related activities as required.
