Job description for Sales Logistics Manager at Language Talent Solutions
Tasks:
- Develop New Customers (Freehand) and generating of new Revenue base on Sales Budget Plan.
- Build rapport to maintain a strong relationship with existing customers with revenue growth.
- Attend to all sales lead from HQ and network development team.
- Provide customers with shipping solutions, sales quotations and service schedule to customers.
- Support and feedback on performance and market competitiveness of shipping lines/carriers. Evaluate and propose the airlines/shipping line to Manager.
- Collection of market information and take part in the overall business development through sales weekly/monthly meeting.
- Submit all required reports timely and accurately.
- Complete KPI targets set by Management in accordance to company business direction.
- Any other task or sales related project as assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements:
- At least 01 - 02 years Sales experience in Logistics/Forwarder/Shipping Company for Executive and 03-05 years for Sales Supervisor.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
- Good Mandarin skill will be considered with priority and additional incentives.
- Good communication skill and team work spirit.
- Good understanding of operational processes.
- Well-organized when working under pressure
- Positive and proactive attitude.
