Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan penjualan produk/jasa melalui media online ( WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok).

2. Menanggapi pertanyaan serta memberikan informasi produk kepada calon pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.

3. Melakukan follow up terhadap prospek hingga terjadi transaksi.

4. Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.

5. Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

6. Membuat konten promosi sederhana bekerja sama dengan tim content creator (apabila diperlukan).

Kualifikasi:

1. Perempuan

2. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (Diploma/Sarjana lebih disukai).

3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales Online, Digital Sales, Customer Service, atau posisi terkait.

4. Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok.

5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik.

6. Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

7. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
