Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Sales Intern. The ideal candidate will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
  • Assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers.
  • Seek and convert potential leads for the team
  • Retain and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
  • Research, hunt, and help the sales team look for potential properties
  • Spearhead all preparation of legal documents e.g. contracts, files, notarized copies, etc. necessary for the sales funnel
  • Pair up with individual salespeople to support them in looking for properties and reach the team’s KPIs
  • Potentially close sales alongside the sales team
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Background in the real estate market is an advantage
  • Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving analytical problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
  • Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present, persuade, and analyze with team members and customers in written and oral English and Vietnamese
