Job description for Sales General Trade Manager at Penta Natural Kosmetindo
- Lead N’PURE retail distribution strategy (especially modern trade), create and propose action plans
- Develop strategic business-building and channel plans together with distributors and retailers
- Play an active role for annual negotiation with accounts
- Know at all times level of sales vs Target of the Brand
- Manage and grow Sales Retail Team to achieve brand’s objectives.
- Plan and execute consumer activations at store level to achieve brand’s objectives
- Ensure inventory supply sufficiency for both selling and non-selling items, as well as maintaining healthy stock coverage.
- Achieve business volume objective for the General Trade distribution channel in the whole of Indonesia
- Propose sales report through deep understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, pricing, and product differentiation strategies
- Translate Retail strategy into operational plans to achieve volume targets within budget
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in business-related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Having at least 3 years of experience in cosmetic company as KAM with proven experience in retail Sales Management/ Sales General Trade & Modern Trade/ Key Account Management (in FMCG and/or beauty industry)
- Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning/development skills
- Excellent presentation skills to engage and meet the needs of various audiences
- Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to specific goals and strategies in a fast-paced, demanding environment
