Job Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the company, representing it and its brand within the corporate sales channel.
Assume a leadership role in the promotion and sale of products/services to potential customers, concurrently overseeing the activities of distribution partners.
Oversee the entire sales process, including the initiation of contact (lead generation), delivering presentations, creating proposals, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring successful execution.
Achieve or surpass the specified minimum sales target.
Cultivate and enhance the network of corporate clients.
Establish and lead a team dedicated to corporate sales.
Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a maximum age of 30 years.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor role, preferably within the Tourism Industry.
Display persuasive skills, enjoy forging new connections, and exhibit strong relationship-building abilities.
Capable of expanding the client base by attracting new clients and providing excellent service to existing ones.
Proficient in technology, including advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
