The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the company's customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, understanding customer needs, and providing the most suitable logistics solutions for both domestic and international shipping services.

Job Description:

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new B2B and B2C customers for domestic and international logistics services by land, sea, and air.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and shipment volume.
  • Conduct customer visits, deliver service presentations, and negotiate pricing and business agreements.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales in accordance with company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and target achievements.
  • Be responsible for achieving assigned sales, revenue, and profit margin targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive, or in a similar role. Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of domestic and/or international shipping processes. Knowledge of Incoterms, export-import documentation, and customs clearance is a plus.
  • Having an existing network or database of corporate customers is an advantage.
  • Target-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A or SIM C) and a personal vehicle is an advantage.
