Job Description
* Manage and develop sales opportunities through B2B marketplaces and digital channels.
* Handle inquiries from platforms such as Indotrading, Indonetwork, Alibaba, Made-in-China, Tradehub, and company website.
* Monitor marketplace performance and analyze sales data to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
* Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and recommendations based on customer requirements.
* Communicate with customers regarding specifications and product solutions.
* Coordinate with principals and suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and lead times.
* Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
Requirements
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 year of proven experience in B2B marketplace sales.
* Language: Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (daily working language).
* Technical Skills:
* Familiar working using Indotrading, Indonetwork, Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, Tradehub, or similar B2B platforms.
* Experienced in handling online inquiries and converting leads into sales opportunities.
* Able to prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Good at data review and analysis, weekly statistics of core store data including exposure, clicks, visitors and inquiries; optimize promotion and operation strategies based on data to improve overall customer acquisition efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing marketplace accounts, digital sales leads, and sales performance analytics.
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Dairy, or other process industries.
* Experience selling Mechanical Seals, Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Instrumentation, or Industrial Spare Parts.
Important Note
This position focuses primarily on online B2B sales and marketplace lead management. Candidates with experience in handling industrial sales through digital platforms and inbound customer inquiries are highly preferred.
