Job description for Sales Development Trainer at Pt. Trawlbens Teknologi Anak Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding sales training program, refreshment sales training program, and Know Your Apps product knowledge test to increase the sales conversion rate from canvassing to closing.
Provide continuous support during the sales team’s at Trawlbens to increase the sales team’s retention rate.
Create, socialize, and maintain SOP in handling customers (potential customers) to ensure standardization of the sales’ excellent customer service.
Assist Bussdev in monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan.
Measure strength and things that need to improve for all of the sales.
Conduct administrative (ad-hoc) updates, announcements, and training.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of sales training and development experience.
Must have experience doing field or customer-facing work in Sales.
