RESPONSIBILITY
• Be the point of contact between the Sales Director and Sales team nationwide, other departments/external parties.
• Managing diaries and organizing meeting
s and appointments.
• Creating and managing SharePoint for managing and sharing calendars, activities and other important events decided by the Sales Director.
• Reminding the directors of important tasks and deadlines.
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, internal and external communication – Minutes of meeting, memos, emails.
• Helping to translate documents and translation during meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for Sales Director
• Planning for brand principal and business partner visits.
• Responsible for claiming the expense, managing FOC for Sales Director.
• Coordinating with the related department to summary the Marketing report for Sales Director.
• Consolidate the reports of sales team members as deadline.
• Manage weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Manage and tracking all sales contracts relate to Sales team.
• Manage the promotion tracking of each sales team members and push for the target achievement.
• Follow up aging report and meeting.
• Helps the On Trade team in other tasks.
• Ad-hoc as requested by the Sales Director.
PERSONAL SPECS
Bachelor’s degree of English/ Business Administration or in a related field.
Have working experience in related role as Sales Assistant/ Business Assistant.
Prefer experience in FMCG/ Trading/ Distribution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point).
High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, customer-oriented and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative.
