Công Ty TNHH  Red Bull (Việt Nam)

1.    Drive the sales and achieve targets in sale volume, market share, revenue.

2.    Manage all sale channels (MT channel, GT channel,…).

3.    Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage.

4.    Analyze and monitor current market condition and competitor information.

5.    Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual sales & marketing budget.

6.    Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs.

7.    Manage and co-operate as well as negotiate with the domestic distributor in general trade and modern trade.

8.    Manage communications with customers and consumers.

9.    Prepare and control budget of Sales & Marketing Department.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in Sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG or related industry and 2 years in manager position.

Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.

Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
