Job description for Sales Admin at PT Total Cloud Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other supporting documents for clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Liaise with Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and GA departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth internal communication.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets through organized documentation and follow-up tracking.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and assist in tracking team KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT and CRM domains.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar administrative role (experience in IT industry is a must).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills to support the sales team and liaise with internal departments.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle administrative processes efficiently.
- Willingness to learn about IT products and services to better support the sales process.
