Job Title: Sales Admin Intern (International B2B & Export)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support international business development for premium export products. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in B2B sales, international markets, and global e-commerce.

You will have the opportunity to work with customers from the US, EU, Australia, and other overseas markets while gaining practical experience in export business.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers and distributors in international markets.

Support outbound sales activities via email, LinkedIn, Alibaba, and other online channels.

Assist in preparing quotations, catalogues, presentations, and sales materials in English.

Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.

Follow up with customers and support daily sales operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer communication.

Build and maintain relationships with international customers.

Requirements

Must-have

  • 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates majoring in International Business, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in B2B sales, export business, or international markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Alibaba, or other B2B platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in clubs, student organizations, startups, freelance projects, or previous internships is preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and productivity tools.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
