Job description for SALE ADMIN at 7 Bridges Brewing Co.
1. Job description :
● Enter Sales data into the system and arrange orders to deliver with the delivery team. Responsible for all orders nationwide.
● Find supplies for marketing materials and accessories for distribution and for Taprooms. Manage inventory of marketing materials and arrange distribution to internal departments and to customers.
● Manage beer inventory at all warehouses. Manage empty kegs and other assets at all customer locations nationwide. Making daily reports.
● Organize Sales contract signing, keeping files related to contract and distribution. Working with authorities and third parties for documents related to the distribution of beer products.
● Cooperate with the accounting team and sales team to chase payments.
● Work with suppliers and book trucks for delivering beers to HN and HCMC and empty kegs back to Danang. Work with other suppliers related to distribution.
● Production and beer distribution planning. Asset manage. Material purchases.
● Being able to be in communication 9 am to 11 pm/7 days per week for the purpose of solving issues related to sales nationwide by own self or with internal/outsourced help
● Understand the ultimate objective of the company. Executing and developing strategies and work processes to fulfill those goals. Proactively sense problems, construct solutions, and work with reporting manager to take the business in appropriate directions without being told to do so.
● Always looking for opportunities to add value to the organization, not just doing tasks being asked to do.
● Take other tasks assigned by reporting manager.
2. Requirement:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
● Systematic and structured to understand systems and processes
● Ability to work hard and can work under minimum supervision

● Build up good cooperation with internal departments
● A dynamic personality with a good ability to interact with different people and levels. Effective verbal and written communicator
