- Ensuring customer satisfaction, and professional communication
- Help maintain our high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Managing ongoing private client relationships
- Keeping up to date with market information and promotions as per regulation.
- Achieve monthly targets
- Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products
- Explaining the payment process mechanism
- Maintain relationships with clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
- Have 3-4 years similar experience in futures company is a must
- Diploma degree from any major
- Excellent business written and oral communications skills
- Excellent leadership skill & interpesonal skill
- Computer literate
- Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently
