Job description for Retail PIC Ass Manager at PT Tokyuland Indonesia
Requirements :
1. Has a basic knowledge of retail operations and leasing
2. Has a good network to approach retail tenants
3. Proficient in English and has a basic understanding of technical drawing
4. Able to operate Ms. Office
5. Able to do hard work, have a good coordination and teamwork with colleagues
6. Must experience more than 5 years in Retail Development, Business Development or Retail Agent
7. Any working experience with foreign/Japanese Developer
Job Duties:
1. Make Retail Material for both internal & external (tenant candidates)
2. Approach retail tenants and coordinate with retail consultant
3. Maintan budget, schedule and deadline
