- Maintain e-Shop portal, including monitoring e-Shop offers, handling complaints to CS, and maintaining relationships with e-Shop partner
- Product Rewards fulfillment, including product delivery, handling complaints on product delivery, and redemption tracking
- Assist all administrative matters for CEM team (purchase requests, cash advances, etc.)
