About the Role
- The IT Intern will support the IT team in daily operations and provide IT support to the Retail business. The role will focus on documentation, data management, Retail store support, and coordination of IT-related activities and projects.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain IT documentation, data, and reports.
- Support daily IT operations and IT requests from Retail stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on IT issues and requests.
- Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment records, and store setup.
- Support IT activities for Retail projects.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the IT team.
Requirements
- Available for a 3-month internship commitment.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Careful, organized, and willing to learn.
Benefits
- Internship allowance: VND 3,000,000/month.
- Company-paid parking, or VND 450,000/month via payroll if parking is not registered.
