We are looking for a passionate, motivated and intuitive individual to join our expanding team!
Duties include managing sales, operations, inventory, translating customer preferences, training retail team as well as visual merchandising.
Job Scope:
- Provide thoughtful customer experience and assist customers based on their preferences
- Facilitate a seamless online and offline shopping experience
- Manage daily sales, operations, inventory and stock replenishment
- Perform sales transactions and reconcile daily sales to POS report
- Monitor, analyse and interpret daily sales, product performance and customer preferences
- Visual merchandising
- Manage customer enquiries and expectations
- Work together with marketing team to launch campaigns and promotions
- Execute promotional events
- Perform additional duties and assignments as required by management
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- An Eclat by Oui ambassador and strong advocate of the brand
- Good interpersonal skills
- Is genuine, happy, observant, resilient and self-aware
- Is highly comfortable with and excited to engage with customers
- Minimum 1 year experience in the retail industry
- Minimum 6 months commitment
- Flexible working schedule, able to work 2-3 days a week including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Minimum O level or equivalent
- Location: Orchard
