Job Description
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the experience center.
- Greet customers, the moment they enter or leave the experience center and making them feel welcome.
- Serves customers by helping them and respond to customers’ questions. Overcoming customers’ objections.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing furniture knowledge.
- Generate interest through the sharing of product knowledge.
- Support with visual merchandising including printing of labels, organizing of furniture and etc.
- Keeping up to date of product knowledge through continuous learning.
- To maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or Entry Level.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sense for customer service and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other Information
- Showroom working hours Monday to Sunday, 11:15AM – 8:15PM
- Full-time role is currently available too. (Salary up to $2,500)
