Job Responsibilities :
- Review, approve, and coordinate store replenishment requests with the Inventory and Purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and discount programs to drive offline store performance.
- Determine product assortment and store display strategies in accordance with visual merchandising standards and inventory availability.
- Supervise and support the operations of multiple retail and consignment stores to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs, and implement action plans to improve business results.
- Lead the planning and execution of sales events, including team briefing, operational coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, E-commerce, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and HR, to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular business reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee store maintenance, renovations, and facility improvements to maintain brand standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training and coaching programs for store teams in collaboration with the HR Department.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and operational compliance across all assigned stores.
- Identify, investigate, and report operational issues, policy violations, and potential fraud while ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational excellence, team performance, and customer service quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Experience in the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel frequently to oversee multiple store locations.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent decision-making skills.
