- Open cash register and reconcile cash from previous day sales and petty cash
- Reconcile stock balance from previous day
- Record sales intake and stock balance at end of day
- Pack online orders
- Handle all incoming phone calls and enquiries from email and social media.
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
- Mature, meticulous and responsible
