Job Description:
Open cash register and reconcile cash from previous day sales and petty cash
Reconcile stock balance from previous day
Record sales intake and stock balance at end of day
Pack online orders
Handle all incoming phone calls and enquiries from email and social media.
Attend to walk-in customers
Administrative tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well
Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
Mature, meticulous and responsible
Positive and cheerful, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
