kinshamo Japanese restaurant are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager / Restaurant Manager who can oversee daily restaurant operations while also handling basic HR and people management responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership, operational, and hospitality skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality experience
- Monitor and improve restaurant sales performance
- Handle basic marketing and promotional activities to increase traffic and sales
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff performance and discipline
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding for restaurant crew
- Manage staff attendance and scheduling
- Handle basic payroll administration and coordination
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards are maintained
- Coordinate with management regarding operational reports and business updates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Branch Manager in F&B industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experienced in handling restaurant operations end-to-end
- Understand basic HR administration such as recruitment, attendance, and payroll
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales-oriented and hospitality-driven mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with restaurant operational systems and reporting
Preferred:
- Experience in Japanese restaurant or premium dining industry is a plus
- Able to join ASAP is preferred
