Native Bali Pilates is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist & Admin to join our team in Canggu.
Qualifications:
• Female, preferably based in Bali
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Friendly, warm, and confident when interacting with clients
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Able to handle booking, scheduling, payments, and client inquiries
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Presentable and professional
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in receptionist, front office, administration, hospitality, or wellness/fitness industry is a plus
• Passionate about creating a welcoming experience for clients
