Ancient8 is developing the infrastructure for GameFi, with a focus on software and community. We are building GameFi Identity and Launchpad products that serve as marketing and distribution channels for GameFi and Metaverse projects to onboard millions of users. We manage Vietnam's largest blockchain gaming guild, enabling everyone to build the Metaverse through blockchain software products, guild scholarships, blockchain education, institutional-grade research, and community building. Our vision is to democratize social and financial access in the Metaverse.
Ancient8 has raised $10M in total financing from top Web3 and tech investors, including Pantera, Dragonfly, Hashed, Makers Fund, C² Ventures, Coinbase, Alameda, IOSG, Animoca, among others.
Ancient8 is seeking a Web3 Research Analyst Intern to support our Metaverse Research Portal and marketing content across our social media channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and analyze web3 games and macro trends in web3 gaming & entertainment industries.
- Draft research content, both for internal consideration and publishing on A8 Research Portal. Interns receive receive writing credits on published articles.
- Review and analyze on-chain data using Nansen and other tools.
- Gather and summarize relevant articles,
- Possibly assist with proofreading research reports.
- Possibly assist with proofreading of social media materials related to research content.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge or strong interest in web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain topics is a MUST.
- Bachelors degree or candidate for Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent.
- Verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms.
- Familiar with G-Suite, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge or strong interest in video games and gaming industry/communities is preferred but not required.
