Job description for Recruitment Officer at PT Indotruck Utama
- Perform sourcing to fill vacant positions and anticipate future needs based on the hiring plan.
- Conduct recruitment and selection process (interviews, screening calls, psychotest, skill test, etc),
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activity
- Creatively scout talent on LinkedIn as well as other sources
- Minimal Bachelor's Degree (Psychology)
- At least 1-2 years exp. in end-to-end recruitment
- Have good understanding in selection method, proficient in the use of job boards and social media
- Work effectively in a fast paced recruitment
- Well organized, self-discipline, good strategic thinking
