Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Melakukan end-to-end proses recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview, hingga onboarding).

2. Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain terkait kebutuhan manpower.

3. Memahami metode interview STAR dan BEI (Behavioral Event Interview).

4. Memahami alat tes psikologi dan menginterpretasikan

Kualifikasi :

1. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir (min. semester 5) atau fresh graduate jurusan Psikologi / Manajemen SDM.

2. Komunikatif, teliti, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data kandidat.

3. Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office / Google Workspace.

4. Bersedia magang onsite di Tangerang selama 3–6 bulan
