Job description for Recruitment Intern at Alchemy Asia
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support (65%)
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media.
• Screen CVs, shortlist potential candidates and conduct initial phone screening
• Send interview invitations via email and schedule interviews for candidates.
• Assist in preparing interview materials and recruitment reports.
HR Administration (20%)
• Prepare welcome onboard design and onboarding documents as timeline required
• Collect and check onboarding documents of new employees
• Create and maintain new employee records, including personal information, documents, CVs, and related files.
• Track and update candidate database and CV status throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding (15%)
• Assist in proposing ideas and producing employer branding and recruitment content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Support the management of all channels and content posting.
• Track and report engagement metrics of content when required.
PERSONAL SPECS
• Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9AM to 6PM).
• Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
