Job description
The job holder will be a part of Panasonic's Recruiting Center team which supports recruitment activities for Panasonic group companies in Vietnam.
Main tasks may include the following:
- To support recruitment activities of Panasonic Vietnam Group (PVG) companies (e.g. attracting applications, sourcing, screening, short - listing, arranging interviews and following up)
- To maintain and develop candidate pool to ensure candidate source for effective recruitment
- To maintain and develop good relationships with recruiting agencies
- To propose optimal recruitment channels/ method, enhancing recruiting capabilities of Panasonic group companies in Vietnam
- To conduct candidate reference checks (if any)
- Other HR tasks as assigned by the team leader
*Working location: 7th Floor, E-town building, 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh, HCM
Job requirements
How well do you fit this job and rank among other candidates?
- University graduate
- At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably from headhunting companies or big-size foreign-owned companies.
- English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skill are a must. Japanese language proficiency is a great advantage
- Experience in other functions in HR (E.g. C&B, Expatriate support) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Labor Market and Trend
- Good application of MS Office tools
- Customer service orientation, quick learner, positive thinker
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress.
