🎯What You’ll Do

• Maintain a proactive sales mindset and never give up on achieving targets and goals.

• Conduct thorough searches and screenings of candidates, perform interviews, and prepare shortlists for clients.

• Organize and arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless process.

• Follow up on the status of interviews with both clients and candidates, providing timely feedback to all parties involved.

• Assist clients in successfully placing candidates in suitable job positions.

• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team targets, ensuring overall success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to gain valuable marketing insights.

• Leverage relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction from both clients and candidates.

• Develop and enrich the database, including both client and candidate information, to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

👩🏻‍💻What You Need

• University degree and transcript in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Commerce

• Excellent English skills.

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Strong desire to build a career in headhunt
