Your responsibility is to focus on the hiring activities for clients of HR Outsourcing Solutions, the key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Building up huge network of useful contacts
Who are we looking for?
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- Relevant work experience for at least 6 months of recruiting
- A proficiency in both written and spoken English
