Job description for Reconciliation Officer at Jack
- Maintain, verify daily bank mutations and reconcile daily transactions against bank statements and provider settlement reports
- Update transactions status based on the reconciliation results
- Maintain neat and clear reports for daily transaction reconciliation
- Generate reconciliation reports for the Finance team (and other teams, if necessary)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Reconciliation field
- Good knowledge and understanding of the accounting process, especially cash & bank
- Good Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel
- Attention to detail and good analytical skill
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding, and information exchange across team
