Receivable Accountant (1 Year Contract)

II. What you need to do:

• Check and compare sales data with customers.
• Issue invoices, receipts, statements, test reports, and payment-related documents as requested by customers (if any).
• Check and calculate sales policies for customers (discounts, etc.).
• Perform tasks related to debt collection, set up and send periodic debt reports.
• Perform various tasks to reconcile debts and resolve arising issues.
• Calculate documents related to receivables into accounting software.
• Other tasks are assigned.

III. What you should have:

• Graduated from University/ College majoring in Accounting/ Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a receivable accountant.
• Mastering accounting operations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as FAST, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Good data analysis and synthesis skills.
• Good communication skills to handle issues related to debt.
• Ability to work independently and in groups, ability to organize and handle work scientifically.
