Job description for Quản Lý Nhà Hàng at M Village
- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in the restaurant.
- Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant
- Manage restaurant and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Collaborate with the sales department to plan, execute, and report on promotions and incentives aligned with events and seasons.
- Supervise and manage staff, ensuring adherence to processes and hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to and handle any emergency situations that may arise during food service operations.
- Prepare regular financial and asset management reports for the department.
