Job description for Quản lý kinh doanh at CÔNG TY TNHH DỊCH VỤ STUDIO 88

Mô tả công việc:

  • Lên kế hoạch và triển khai kinh doanh online cho các sản phẩm gia dụng.
  • Quản lý, đào tạo và giám sát đội ngũ nhân viên kinh doanh online.
  • Theo dõi, tối ưu hiệu quả bán hàng trên các kênh (FB, Shopee, website...).
  • Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh và đề xuất cải tiến.

Yêu cầu:

  • Tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm kinh doanh online.
  • Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, giao tiếp tốt.
  • Ưu tiên hiểu biết về ngành gia dụng và các nền tảng TMĐT.

Quyền lợi:

  • Lương cứng: 15-18 triệu/tháng + Hoa hồng theo doanh số.
  • Môi trường làm việc năng động, cơ hội thăng tiến.
