  1. Minimal pendidikan S1
  2. Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidangnya
  3. Familiar dengan bahasa pemrograman (Java, Golang, Python, Cobol, .Net, Ruby, Node.js, Rpg)
  4. Familiar dengan OS (Linux, Windows, AS400)
  5. Menguasai salah satu automation testing tools (katalon, selenium, apium, dsb)
  6. Menguasai CICD tools
  7. Berpengalaman dalam membangun test strategy, test plans, test design, test cases, dan test scenario
  8. Menguasai RDBMS (DML & DDL)
  9. Paham ETL
  10. Paham Query SQL
  11. Berpengalaman dalam performance test
  12. Paham dokumentasi SDLC
