About the Role:
As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. You will develop and implement quality assurance procedures, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures.
To make sure that regulations and set standards are being followed, conduct audits on a regular basis.
Determine where the current processes can be improved and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that all paperwork pertaining to procedures is correct and current.
Provide reports on performance indicators and important quality criteria.
Examine data to find trends and potential for development.
Work together with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
As departments work to implement quality improvements, offer advice and assistance.
Hold training seminars to raise awareness of the norms of excellence.
Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Look for ways to improve the process on a proactive basis.
Keep up with changing quality requirements and industry best practices.
Responsible for assurance resource and resource management for the tech team.
Your Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
University degree in fields of Computer Science; Information System Engineer, Management Information System or equivalent required.
PMP is an advantage
Competencies/Skills
4 years of experience in a relevant field or quality assurance.
Familiarity with quality management standards and systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Meticulous, emphasizing precision and correctness.
Knowledge of and adherence to pertinent regulatory standards.
