Job description for QC Team Leader at CÔNG TY TNHH TAKAHASHI SPRING VIỆT NAM
Input Material Quality Control: Evaluate and inspect raw materials (e.g., steel wire) to ensure they meet quality standards before mass production.
Production Process Monitoring: Track and monitor spring production stages, ensuring compliance with established processes and quality standards, including checking technical specifications, dimensions, tolerances, strength, ETC.
Product Quality Control: Conduct product inspections and evaluations at various stages of the production process to detect defects early. Obtaining quality in products.
Ensuring the quality of finished goods meet quality standards ISO and customer's requirements
Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests performed on the product
Keeping checklist inspection process
Defect Analysis and Resolution.
Make analysis of the historical records and previous documentation products for future reference
Make a good Communication and Relationship with QC of Customer
Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., production, engineering, purchasing, sales) to resolve quality-related issues and ensure a smooth production process.
Implement the internal or external calibration of measuring instruments and test equipment used according to the schedule and documenting the result
Recommend reprocessing of low-quality product
Instruct and train QC staff on processes, quality standards, implementation methods, and the use of testing tools and equipment
Verify TDS/MSDS data is in accordance with the standards required by TSV
Obtain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.
