Job description for QA Manager (Garnent) at Baller Headwear
ABOUT US
Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We’re looking for QA Manager to ensure that all products produced meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications through proactive quality checks, process monitoring, and collaboration with production teams and suppliers.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Develop and implement QA procedures, standards, and inspection guidelines for all production stages.
- Supervise QA/QC teams in fabric inspection, in-line inspection, final inspection, and AQL checks.
- Ensure compliance with buyer’s technical requirements, SOPs, and legal regulations.
- Monitor quality performance and drive corrective/preventive actions for defects.
- Work with Merchandising, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train QA staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Review and approve inspection reports before shipment.
- Liaise with customers and third-party inspection agencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for claims, returns, and quality complaints
- Maintain QA documentation, reports, and audit readiness.
- WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- 5+ years QA/QC experience in garment manufacturing (at least 3 years in a managerial role).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and AQL standards.
- Experience with international quality standards (ISO, buyer-specific standards).
- Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; English communication skills preferred.
