What you'll do
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases before product launches. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product) to understand clients' requirements and product features, to ensure rigorous tests.
- Execute manual testing in a structured, reproducible way
- Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Working knowledge with AI tools
- Experience in AI testing is a plus
- Experience in mobile testing is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
- Attention to details
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
