Job description for PURCHASING SUPPORT at PT. STREAMWORX REKA SOLUSI

PURCHASING SUPPORT ( Work From Home – USA TIME ZONE )
· Work from Home
· Fresh graduate with high GPA Minium 3.3 preferred
· Fluent in English both written and spoken.
· Willing and prepared to work in US time zone (Indonesia night time) and follow US Public Holiday

Job Responsibilities:
· Contact suppliers to ensure that all open purchase orders are received on time
· Create Purchase Orders and update them timely
· With guidance from the buyer, assist in the sourcing of product/services
· Maintain constant contact with vendors and shipping companies while deliveries are in route
· Work with other team members to solve discrepancy of the purchase
· Work with vendors to solve delivery and invoicing issues
· Review the different reports pertaining to purchase orders and ensure they are not late and dates are updated
· Process Freight/Vendor Claim
· Other duties as assigned.
