Qualifications

- 1–2 years experiences in Purchasing/Procurement/SCM
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Job Description
- Review and verify Purchase Requests (PR) from departments
- Input PR data and manage procurement records
- Source and evaluate suppliers (supplies, raw materials, technical items)
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up PO approvals and send PO to suppliers
- Ensure completeness of documents for payment
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
