Responsibilities:
- Search for and contact international suppliers for the company’s FMCG products.
- Collect, analyze, and compile supplier data for the Department Manager.
- Provide administrative support for departmental operations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated reports for the Department Manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability.
- Own personal laptop.
- Graduated from majors related to Import-Export, Logistics, International Economics, or International Trade.
- Prior experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English communication, especially in working with foreign suppliers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and well-organized.
- Possess planning ability, a growth mindset, and the capacity to work under pressure.
