Job description
- Handle payment for Broker.
- Liaise with vendors to prepare CO list and check CO list.
- Manage inventory for the office, shop, restaurant.
- Managing supplier database and keep track of purchasing cost.
- Responsibility for inventory tracking
- Coordinate with departments to calculate of Uncle Bills orders.
- Liaise with warehouse and transportation supplier for delivery order daily.
- Check delivery cost monthly and handle payment
- Follow up with supplier for delivery date.
- Other tasks required by related department.
- Have a University Degree or college.
- Language Skills – Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Have at least 1-year experience
- Data analytics skills.
- Resource management.
- Public relations and management
