Job description for Purchaser(Bình Dương) at Deneast Vietnam
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Role: Responsible for handling all purchase related activities to ensure timely and cost effective availability of direct materials (packaging and ingredients) and indirect materials (consumables, spare part,…)
Duties will include and not be limited to:
• Acknowledge the Purchase Request (understand and challenge stakeholders’ needs. Guarantee the expected functionality level at the optimized costs)
• Place PO proactively base on Purchase Request and Material Requirement Plan
• Follow up the time the delivery of materials, ingredients and other items according to the placed purchase orders
• Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
• Search potential suppliers
• Maintain suppliers’ data base
• Update and maintain stock items in SAP
• Invoice recording
• Follow up due payments
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with suppliers)
• Advanced English
• Proficient in SAP
• Solid analytical skills,
• A high level of communication skills is required
Position reports to Supply Chain Manager
